Check-In (Delivery to Guest)

Step 1: Scan QR Code

Each booking has a unique QR code. Scan it with the operator app to pull up the booking details.

Step 2: Equipment Condition Check

Complete the pre-delivery inspection checklist:

  • ✅ Battery fully charged
  • ✅ Brakes functioning
  • ✅ Seat/basket intact
  • ✅ Wheels in good condition
  • ✅ Horn/bell working

Step 3: Guest Signature

Have the guest sign the digital acceptance form acknowledging receipt.

Check-Out (Return from Guest)

Step 1: Return Inspection

Inspect the equipment for any new damage or issues.

Step 2: Damage Assessment

If damage is found, document it with photos and notes.

Step 3: Final Receipt

Generate the final receipt showing any additional charges.
