Each piece of equipment has a status indicator:

| Available | 🟢 Green | Ready for rental |
| Rented | 🔵 Blue | Currently with a guest |
| Maintenance | 🟠 Orange | Under repair/service |
| Retired | 🔴 Red | No longer in service |

- Condition Rating — 1-5 star rating
- Operating Hours — Total usage time
- Maintenance Schedule — Next service date
- Location History — Where it's been deployed
